Hi Thach,
Thanks for letting us know. We have tickets for sale at all of the Language Link schools in Hanoi, and maybe there were not enough tickets left at the school where you asked. Usually we divide the tickets between the schools, and some schools sell more tickets than others. We are working on a new ticketing system so the cashiers can just access all the tickets online, but it is not going to be ready for a while. Sorry for the misunderstanding. If the cashier says there are no tickets at that school, you can ask them to check if there are still tickets available at the other schools.
