6. METHODS AND TOOLS FOR VIETNAMESE CONSUMERS TO ACCESS AND CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE E-commerce SYSTEM OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTION UNIT

Customers have the right to contact Language Link Vietnam to verify, update, amend, or cancel their personal information via any communication channel, including phoning hotlines or facilities, sending a letter or email, or posting a message on the official Facebook page.

Customers use the following communication methods to alert and request resolution of concerns regarding the leak of their personal information to third parties. Language Link Vietnam shall be responsible for reacting and assisting clients to restore and protect the information after validating the information and determining the reason.
